Affordable Rental: there are already rent limits per municipality

Landlords who wish to join the Simplified Affordable Lease Regime (RSAA) can now consult the maximum rent limits for each municipality and typology. The ordinance was published on October 13 and enters into force the following day, specifying the values that allow contracts to fit into this IRS or IRC exemption regime. On the same day of publication, the Institute for Housing and Urban Rehabilitation (IHRU) announced the launch of the electronic platform «Invest-Rent», available on the Housi
